Hoang was super patient in explaining the procedures and the options we have, including how to deal with my furkid&#8217;s body at her passing at the clinic etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was compassionate and not pushy. In fact, he mentioned that he would be happy if my furkid pulled through and their crematory service is no longer required. Not something I was expecting to hear from a crematorium director, but am pleasantly surprised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The farewell service was beautifully arranged and even the picking of my furkid&#8217;s bones\/ashes was done so ceremoniously and helped me in my healing journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I miss my girl dearly\u2026 but I&#8217;m glad her last leg here on earth was one that was trodden with dignity, compassion and love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just FYI, I actually called up another supposedly reputable pet crematorium but I was met with an impatient tone at the other end of the phone, and it felt as if I was wasting their time by asking about how to proceed. I am glad that I went with my gut and CHOSE Chieu Minh INSTEAD!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THANK YOU!
