Chieu Minh provided excellent service for the cremation of our beloved cat, Scotch. They were helpful from the time when I first made initial inquiries. When Scotch passed away at 4am, I called the 24-hour hotline and arrangements were quickly made so that transport would arrive first thing the next morning. Care was also taken to transport Scotch\u2019s body from our home in a dignified manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The set-up just prior to the cremation was beautifully done. We were moved and comforted by the photos and videos sent to us, which showed a send-off with flowers, candles and a sign with Scotch\u2019s name and date of death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We thank Chieu Minh, and Hoang and Hoang in particular, for the excellent customer service and for exceeding our expectations in every way. They clearly understand how precious pets are to their owners, and we couldn\u2019t have asked for better people to take care of Scotch at the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
