From the time I enquired about their services, they have replied to all my queries patiently and even told me to give them a call in case of emergency and they would pick up my call no matter how late it is (my Miko has not passed on then).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After Miko had passed on, the team came to pick up my baby from my house at 1.30am, and even though it&#8217;s so late, they were no resentment or unhappiness from them. They even allowed me more time to say goodbye to her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They were also very merticulous with their selections of flowers for my baby and to my surprise, they chose baby&#8217;s-breath which is my favourite. They must have seen the colorful bandana I wore for Miko and decided to do a rainbow theme for me. I am really very happy and satisfied with their service. They were emphatic and professional throughout the entire process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even on the day I came to collect her ashes, Hoang and team carefully handled her remains and allowed me to pick out the bones and pour her ashes into her urn myself.
