Thank you Hoang and team from Chieu Minh for handling my baby’s funeral so well and giving her the most beautiful & dignified sendoff that she deserves. From the time I enquired about their services, they have replied to all my queries patiently and even told me to give them a call in case of emergency and they would pick up my call no matter how late it is (my Miko has not passed on then).
After Miko had passed on, the team came to pick up my baby from my house at 1.30am, and even though it’s so late, they were no resentment or unhappiness from them. They even allowed me more time to say goodbye to her.
They were also very merticulous with their selections of flowers for my baby and to my surprise, they chose baby’s-breath which is my favourite. They must have seen the colorful bandana I wore for Miko and decided to do a rainbow theme for me. I am really very happy and satisfied with their service. They were emphatic and professional throughout the entire process.
Even on the day I came to collect her ashes, Hoang and team carefully handled her remains and allowed me to pick out the bones and pour her ashes into her urn myself. I cannot express my gratitude enough and I must say that Chieu Minh is probably the BEST cremation service here in Vietnam.
