Chieu Minh is not only professional but very warm and understanding . They are also fast to react and settle everything for us within 24hours and that includes the whole cremation process and urn collection
They genuinely understand our loss and even provide a photo and video of the farewell set up.
Not pushy towards sales and they provided a variety of options of urns, memory tokens for u to choose from.
