We came across Chieu Minh when we were looking for a cremation service for our beloved puppy, Lucy. From the moment we got in touch with them, they were very efficient at sharing the details of their services and creating a group chat to share information as well as keeping us updated with pictures and videos throughout the process. The staff were patient and understanding. They included many thoughtful touches and gestures that made the difficult process easier.
We opted for the serenity package and all their services were reasonably priced. Their lovely set-up exceeded our expectations. They cleaned Lucy up well, making her look very neat and comfortable. It was a dignified and beautiful ceremony which allowed us to say our final goodbyes and honour her memory. We truly appreciate the staff for being so respectful and treating Lucy with the utmost kindness. Thank you for all your efforts.
