I got in touch with Hoang in Sept last year when Cookie was almost gone. However, he survived the ordeal and the connection with Hoang and team was put aside.
Cookie was near his end yesterday and I made the decision to pts him. I connected back with Hoang and he called me immediately to confirm and arrange everything.
The send-off was much better than I expected. Every cent spent was worthwhile. I did not have to worry about anything and Cookie was cleansed up and was smelling really good and looked much better.
Hoang and his team are very professional and polite and never rush us at any single moment. I feel extremely comfortable and I am sure Cookie did feel the same too.
Thanks, Hoang and team. You have no idea how much difference you guys make to me today. Because of you guys, I will be able to sleep better, knowing Cookie was well-taken all the way even after he turned into ashes and bones.
