I want to give a huge shoutout to everyone about how efficient their service are. My furpet hopped on to heaven early in the morning at 6am & we immediately gave them a call thinking they would not picked up but, they were so prompt in the replies and act smoothly in collecting my fur pet and everything then was all smoothly arranged. We did had a hard time saying goodbye but the environment in Chieu Minh was so calm, filled with lavender scent and flowers were all nicely arranged surrounding him, that made us delightful while sending him off.
Also, We really appreciated all the staff working there as they were updating us promptly on the groupchat. Thankful to have chosen them!
