Requested to have my bunny’s fur shaved off for keepsake. Went to collect my bunny’s urn and found out they did not shaved the fur at all because they don’t recall that i would want them to shaved it off. It’s just ridiculous. They apologised, but can apologies make up for it? I don’t think so.
