Right from the first contact when i called, the personel (Hoang and crew) have been very respectful. Instructions were clear, and pick up was punctual, methodical, sanitary and gentle.
The set up at the crematorium was exquisite and elegant. They also provided very beautifully recorded pictures and videos. We won’t hesitate at all to let Chieu Minh handle or other pets when the time comes. Thank you, Chieu Minh, for keeping our memory of Queenie so beautifully preserved.
