Truly thankful for Chieu Minh in helping me manage my beloved furkid’s cremation. Hoang was super patient in explaining the procedures and the options we have, including how to deal with my furkid’s body at her passing at the clinic etc
He was compassionate and not pushy. In fact, he mentioned that he would be happy if my furkid pulled through and their crematory service is no longer required. Not something I was expecting to hear from a crematorium director, but am pleasantly surprised.
The farewell service was beautifully arranged and even the picking of my furkid’s bones/ashes was done so ceremoniously and helped me in my healing journey.
I miss my girl dearly… but I’m glad her last leg here on earth was one that was trodden with dignity, compassion and love.
Just FYI, I actually called up another supposedly reputable pet crematorium but I was met with an impatient tone at the other end of the phone, and it felt as if I was wasting their time by asking about how to proceed. I am glad that I went with my gut and CHOSE Chieu Minh INSTEAD!
