Our dog passed on in the middle of e night. Chieu Minh immediately responded to us and arranged for pick up later that morning. It eased alot of our worries as not a lot of services offer 24/7 care. It gave us more time to grief and collect our emotions. Fm the time that they collected our dog till the time to collect her ashes. They were very responsive and empathetic, they treated our dog with so much dignity and respect, it was very touching. They gave us lots of privacy and it was a very clean and smooth arrangement. Thank u very much for such a sincere and memorable sent off for our girl. Highly recommended.
