this is a long overdue review..last summer i lost two of my precious senior bunnies within a span of 3 days. heart breaking and devastated i wanted to ensure i send them off properly. that is when i approached Hoang..their team was so understanding and gentle with our baby. everything was so welly done and handled with care. from picking up to setting up. it is already hard enough for us to go through and for them to give our pets such dignity is the best i can ask for. their space is so safe and soothing esp for people like us who are griefing hard for our loved ones. unfortunately i thought i only had to come once but as i’ve said i lost 2 of them in such a short time. 3 days later my second one passed away and i had to contact Hoang again. they were able to slot us in and gave us the service we needed. i can’t thank them enough for doing what they do. there are not many services out there that takes care of pets like this and able to send them off in such dignity and pride. i tip my hat to you guys. it is the best memory we can have and cherish of our fur babies…i am so impressed and no words can express my gratitude for you guys for sending off my precious taro and oreo. thank you
