I would like to thank the team of Chieu Minh for handling the cremation of my cat, Abby. They answered my phone call promptly and spoke to me very patiently when I was crying on the phone. A WhatsApp group was set up within a few minutes, and updates (live location status, information about packages, pictures/videos of the memorial) were provided. The set-up of the farewell room was beautiful. Abby looked like she was sleeping while we said our goodbyes… Despite Abby’s death being a heart wrenching experience, I’m glad that I chose this company because at the very least, she left us in a dignified manner.
