My Kayla passed away in the middle of the night. I called them early in the morning and they were very swift in their response and arranged to picked her up from my home. The entire team was very professional in each step of the process and even provide me real time update from the minute their driver left so that I know when to expect them. The cremation set-up was also done very nicely and they allow us a lot of privacy for me and my family to say goodbye to my baby. I’m really thankful to Chieu Minh for providing such a good farewell for my furkid.
