This will be our 7th urn (cats & dogs only) but I have to say its one of the most professionally done compared with previous companies we engaged. They are patience with my queries .. flexible and quick turn around time.
They will update every little details like the cremation time or the collector’s eta… they will alao send us videos and pictures of the funeral when we couldnt attend. Even the care team who came to collect the body is polite and well mannered. We are truly grateful to Chieu Minh for making this funeral hassle free during this difficult period. Highly recommended.
