It was a beautiful closure for us and Waffle done by the Chieu Minh’s team.
The setup is beautiful, it’s a peaceful experience, service is great and the high level of empathy and sensitivity are amazing. We really really appreciate all the hard work! It was really comforting. The new space is really nice – the private room to let us grieve and spend the last few moments with our beloved pet.
All in all, the whole package really help us to cope with the sad loss and learnt to let go. I always feel better after going through the process that you guys had prepared for us. All the little personal touch eg the certificate (and letting us choose) etc is very healing. The staff even placed a rose on Waffle’s paw. He was hugging it. ❤️ it was so healing to see it.
The urn is fantastic.
This is my 2nd time engaging your services and I’m still amazed and satisfied with it.
