Thanks to Chieu Minh for allowing us to have a nice send send off for our dear Coffee. The place was clean, bright and well kept. It consists of a waiting/sitting area for the family. Staff was very polite and professional, explained to us the whole procedure in detail and give us space and time to grieve and said goodbye to our furry friend. They treated her with card and dignity which was greatly appreciated by us. They also have a variety of keepsake options. We opted to take her paw print. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience for us.
